Shoppe and Shipping Questions

When will my order be shipped?

Our current turnaround time for prints and notecards is between 7-10 days. 

Journals and canvases are produced as-ordered and ship separately. It can take up to two weeks to receive these items.

Please plan your shopping accordingly; we are unable to expedite orders at this time. 

Can you change colors/words in an existing print?

All our prints are pre-printed and thus we are not able to change any of the colors or words on the print that appear in the product listing photos.

Do you do custom orders?

If you are interested in a new commission, please contact Jessica (info@gracelaced.com), however, please note that we are not currently available for personal or wedding-related commissions.

Can I make adjustments to my order?

Once you have placed an order we cannot add or subtract items. If you would like to order additional items, please place a new order. We may be able to combine shipping of your two orders if they are to the same destination - please contact Gina at orders@gracelaced.com with your two order numbers to inquire if it is possible to combine shipping. 

Do you ship internationally?

We can ship prints and notecards internationally but are not able to ship journals, canvases or GraceLaced book due to high shipping costs. As you progress through your cart at checkout time your shipping rates will update accordingly based on the items in your cart and your country of delivery.

My order arrived incorrect/damaged - what should I do?

Please take photos of the incorrect/damaged products you received along with photos of any damages to the packaging it arrived in. Contact Gina (orders@gracelaced.com), attaching the photos and including your order number, and we will either refund you the cost of the products or re-send them one time to your shipping address.

Can I cancel/exchange/refund my order?

All items are final sale. We can not offer cancellations, refunds or exchanges unless an item has been damaged in shipping.

Do you wholesale?

We're currently refining our wholesale terms, but if you are a shoppe interested in wholesaling our prints and/or notecards please contact Gina (orders@gracelaced.com) to start a discussion.

 

Questions for Ruth

Can you share about how you're able to operate a successful business, yet provide what seems like a rich childhood for your kids?

There are seasons for all things and we are works in progress who continually have to reorganize our priorities. The practical answer is that we have grown to hire a team so that we can be very much invest in our kids. However, owning your own business certainly requires seasons of intense commitment and time, and requires much discernment and prayer each step of the way.

Is there any advice you can give to someone looking to get their art (similar to that found in the GraceLaced shoppe) published in multiple mediums?

Some simple information that we share with other aspiring artists: to make reproductions, artwork is always scanned first, so find a good scanner for purchase or take to a local office supply store that provides quality scans. Sometimes you can make reproductions directly, but usually editing will need to be done to remove parts of artwork that don't print well. There are professionals who service artists or if you or a graphic designer is able to edit, do so to your standards. Our printing at GraceLaced is done through a local NM Fine Art printer for our giclees and a local digital printing company for our other prints. We encourage you to find someone who will work with you on color and quantity.
