When will I receive my first issue?
The first issue of GraceLaced Quarterly will hit mailboxes the week of May 3 for all domestic customers. International shipping will take a tad longer.
When will I be charged?
If you sign up for an Annual Plan, you will be charged the full amount for four issues plus shipping on the day you place your order. You will not be charged again for an issue or shipping until it is time to renew your Annual Plan.
If you sign up for a Pay As You Go Subscription, your card will be charged for one issue plus shipping on the day you become a subscriber, and then once each subsequent quarter as we prepare your next issue to be shipped. You will receive the next copy of GraceLaced Quarterly shortly after each time your card is billed.
How frequently will I receive a copy of GraceLaced Quarterly?
You will receive a copy every three months, for a total of four copies in a one-year period.
Will I be able to track my shipment?
You will receive a shipping notification email as each issue is sent which will include a tracking number. Please allow 1-3 days for tracking information to update accordingly.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Purchasing the Annual Plan is a minimum four-issue commitment and cannot be cancelled while active. You will have the opportunity to opt-in to or out of another Annual Plan when your year is up.
There is a two-issue commitment for all Pay As You Go Subscriptions. You may cancel your subscription any time after your second issue ships. Please contact our customer service team at email@example.com if you would like to cancel after your second issue has been charged and shipped.
Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely yes! Please keep in mind that international shipping charges do not include any customs or import fees, and GraceLaced is not responsible for any additional charges incurred on an international order; these are the responsibility of the customer. Please note: if an international copy of GraceLaced Quarterly is lost in transit or arrives damaged we unfortunately will not be able to send a replacement.
Additionally, due to Brexit regulations we are unable to ship to the United Kingdom.
