Can I cancel my order?

All items are final sale. We can not offer a cancellation once an order has been placed.


Can I make adjustments to my order once it has been submitted?

Due to an influx of orders during the holiday season, we are unable to modify or combine orders at this time.


Can I include a note with my order?

Definitely! Below the checkout button in your shopping card you will see a "Special Instructions" box - feel free to include a note there that you would like us to add in when we ship your order.


Do you do custom orders?

If you are interested in a new commission, please contact Kenzie (, however, please note that we are not currently available for personal or wedding-related commissions.


I am purchasing a gift to be shipped to someone else - will an invoice be included?

Nope! Your order confirmation email serves as your receipt. We do not include an invoice when we ship your order.


Do you wholesale?

If you are a shoppe interested in wholesaling prints, notecards, canvases, or enamels please contact our customer service team ( to start a discussion. If you would like to wholesale any of Ruth's books, please contact Harvest House Publishers directly.


I forgot to enter my discount code during a sale, what should I do?

Please contact our customer service team ( with your name, order number, and the discount code you wish to have applied to your order. If your order is eligible based on sale stipulations our team will apply the discount to your order and you will receive a refund notification via email.


When will my order ship?

During this time and on account of Covid-19 adjustments, shipping timeframes may be slightly longer than usual. Orders of prints, notecards, books, and accessories will be shipped out within 14 business days.

    Journals and canvases are produced as-ordered and ship separately. These items can take up to three weeks in production before they ship.

    Please plan your shopping accordingly; we are unable to expedite orders at this time.


    How long will it take for my order to arrive?

    Under current circumstances all carriers are taking longer than usual to deliver orders and we are unable to guarantee delivery times once an order ships from our studio. If you are purchasing gifts, please be sure to plan accordingly and allow plenty of time to receive your order in advance of when you will need it. As packages are spending longer in transit, we are currently unable to provide replacements or refunds unless the carrier officially declares a package to be lost.  

    If you are an international customer, note that it could take more than 6 - 8 weeks for your package to arrive at your doorstep due to shipping delays.


    I ordered a journal and/or canvas - when can I expect to receive it?

    Journals and canvases are produced as-ordered and ship separately. These items can take up to three weeks in production before they ship. Once they are printed and shipped they should arrive within 5-7 days.


    Do you ship internationally?

    We can ship prints and notecards internationally but are not able to ship journals, canvases, or books due to high shipping, insurance, and customs costs. As you progress through your cart at checkout time your shipping rates will update accordingly based on the items in your cart and your country of delivery. Shipping times vary depending on the country of delivery.

    Please note that international orders may be subject to customs charges upon receipt. Customers are responsible for any such duties and customs charges that their order may incur. As these vary from country to country, we are unable to estimate what these charges may be and recommend you contact your customs office to learn of what charges to anticipate.

    *Please note that due to Brexit regulations we are currently unable to ship to the United Kingdom.


    What is your return policy?

    Due to our small operation all items are final sale. Please review all product photos and descriptions thoroughly before submitting your order.


    My order arrived incorrect/damaged - what should I do?

    Please take photos of the incorrect/damaged products you received along with photos of any damages to the packaging it arrived in. Contact Camille (, attaching the photos and including your order number, and we will either refund you the cost of the products or re-send them one time to your shipping address.


    Can I cancel/exchange/refund my order?

    All items are final sale. We can not offer cancellations, refunds or exchanges.


    Can you change colors/words in an existing print?

    All our prints are pre-printed and thus we are not able to change any of the colors or words on the print that appear in the product listing photos. We do offer a number of personalizable prints with opportunities for some customization if you would like to give a special gift.


    Where are GraceLaced products made?

    All of our prints, canvases, journals, and notecards are designed and printed in the US. Our calendar is lovingly designed in the US and printed in China.
