Hello, friends...welcome to a new look at GraceLaced!
The new and improved site is up and running! After celebrating a milestone on this blog, I realized I had really done a poor job of organizing the first 500 posts, and wanted to go forth with a little more definition and purpose for the blog. This has become a special place for me, and your kind input and faithful support has been so encouraging. Thank you!
Here's a little tour:
At the tippy top you'll find links to the GraceLaced RSS feed, Facebook page, and Twitter feed. Please subscribe to this blog if you haven't done so! You can also subscribe via email in the sidebar. I would so appreciate it if you would take a moment to sign up.
You'll notice I now have a portfolio page for my artwork. I am moving away from etsy, as generating inventory for a shop will not be as feasible with a new baby. I'm hoping to focus more on my love for painting and commissioned work.
Please take a look around, as I have crafted a sidebar that should help you find your way around my posts by category and interest. Everything else can be searched or found through the "Archives" and "Categories" drop down menus at the bottom of the page. You will also notice that I am featuring my posts as excerpts. Please click on "continue reading" to find the entire post, or scroll down to see what else has been going on around here!
I was inspired to create the new section "Be Inspired," after seeing a similar ever-changing list of links on this lovely site. I hope to share helpful and creative findings.
I continue to have an Amazon bookstore, in which you can find some of my picks and recommendations. If you shop at Amazon through my link, you will also be supporting this blog! So, thank you.
There's still much tweaking to do on this site, but I hope you make yourself at home, and enjoy the new layout. While I had much fun stretching my photoshop skills to create the graphics for this blog, I couldn't have done it without the technical help from this savvy web guy.
*BTW...I lost many of the comments that were left in the last two weeks during design move. I'd sure love to hear from you on those posts again, if you don't mind repeating yourself! :) I always enjoy hearing your feedback...and building this special little community.
Thanks for reading, friends!
