Hospitality and the GraceLaced Mondays Link-Up

Welcome to GraceLaced Mondays! Grace is found in the everyday when you are intentional about taking note of it.

It is found in the sink full of dishes awaiting you after a family meal, it shines in the faces of your imperfect children, it soothes from the pages of God's Word, and it is tucked into the enjoyment of a fresh batch of cookies. Grace is in a beautiful moment and a heartbreaking one alike. Grace is blessing beyond what you and I deserve.

I felt immediately connected with the post by Jenni Mullinex on hospitality last week. (You may remember my interview about hospitality with my mother-in-law.) Jenni offered these  wonderful thoughts and provided a yummy cobbler recipe as well:

"Hospitality doesn’t have to be a fancy dinner–or even home cooked, for that matter! Hospitality is more about your attitude than your actions.

...Don’t worry about having your house completely clean. Or what you are going to talk about. Or what people will think of your mismatched silverware and dishes. Just make a leap and invite someone over for a meal."

Thank you so much for linking up, Jenni. We've been blessed!
