As moms, we so often allow our daily challenges and circumstances overwhelm and defeat us. Melissa of Hive Resources, linked up last week and shared a wonderful post reminding us of what we have victory over and what the Lord promises to conquer on our behalf:

As a mom, I need the hope of an overwhelming victory over my circumstances more than anything.
So, what exactly are we winning the victory over? You can probably guess. It’s not well-behaved kids, not the promise of a college degree, not the gift of natural athletic abilities, nor any other misplaced parenting goal."
