Thank you for your kind words yesterday in celebrating my hubby. It is indeed my goal to study and observe The Preacher's admirable qualities, because in truth, every wife knows that it's our natural tendency to keep a record of wrongs and to notice all that we are discontent with. I do not have a perfect marriage or a perfect husband, but through Christ, each of us can perceive the grace of God at work in transforming our lives and the lives of those we love. It's about taking note.
Finding grace in the everyday has always been my mission and desire for this blog. And, starting this coming Monday, we can encourage one another to be more deliberate in noticing grace at work--in caring for your home, in mothering, in preparing a meal, or perhaps in handcrafting a gift--there's grace in all of it.
I'll be hosting a link up each Monday, called Grace Laced Mondays. Come by anytime on Monday to link up. I anticipate that all will be encouraged to see the many faces of grace through our community, and perhaps new friendships might even be made. Remember--your post need not be theological, profound, or complex to link up; grace is found in the everyday.
Have a lovely weekend, and see you Monday!
