For Mother's Day, my husband purchased a set of apothecary jars I had been eying for months at Costco. Pretty glass things for the home are luxuries saved only for special occasions these days. Providentially, my husband confidently waited until the last minute to purchase my gift, and found that Costco had lowered the price of the set from $68 to $25! He was rather pleased with himself.
