A Little News

No, I'm not pregnant. It's a baby of a different kind...A local fabric store/sewing lounge called Hip Stitch has asked me to be "Artist of the Month" for the month of December! They will feature and sell my handmade goods at their store all next month. Isn't that fun? Meanwhile, my poor little neglected etsy shoppe will be open {finally} also by the beginning of December. I guess it took an entire year to "welcome baby number 4 into our lives, " as it says on my shop announcement!

The current season I'm in is demanding as a wife, mother, homeschooler, and minister to other women...and those priorities are not changing. This is a special opportunity for me to use my artistic propensities, so I'm taking it! We'll see how it goes--but, at least for the month of December you will find lots of goodies for gifting either locally or online at the GraceLaced Shoppe. I will give you details and previews of the handbags, aprons, jewelry, tea cozies, and baby goods...going in the shop when we get a little closer!

Speaking of handbags, here are two I made for my sweet sisters {in law} in celebration of their birthdays, which are within a week of each other! With no sisters in my family growing up, it is a privilege to have two now, growing our families up together, and spurring one another on Titus 2 style!

Happy birthday, Cara and Abby!
